The outdoor pool area was perfect for my large family, with relaxing background music and stunning views of La Gomera. We loved enjoying our time in the Jacuzzi while spectacular sunsets set the mood for the evenings.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining options for kids could have been improved significantly.

The only hiccup was that we had to remind the staff about receiving our towel deposit, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

The outdoor jacuzzi provided a great relaxation spot, and the buffet offered plenty of variety, including excellent cold meats. However, the air conditioning in the room often leaked, requiring constant mopping, and the service at the bar was notably slow. Overall, the reception staff could be more accommodating, as repeated requests for assistance went unanswered.

The Alexandre Hotel Gala features beautifully decorated communal areas, with comfortable seating and lovely decor that made it easy for me to relax and enjoy the ocean views from the chill-out terrace. Accessibility was excellent for seniors.
